§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the "Free delivery from 449 PLN" promotion (hereinafter: the "Promotion") is Adam Krenski conducting business activity under the business name Cheap Store Adam Krenski with its registered office in Rytel, ul. Nowa Wieś 17a, 89-632 Rytel, NIP: 5552127497 (hereinafter: the "Organizer" or the "Seller").

The Promotion applies to the Organizer's online store available at Asvintage.com and Asvintage.pl (hereinafter: the "Store").

The Promotion is directed to Customers who are Consumers within the meaning of the Store's Terms and Conditions, who place an Order with delivery within the territory of the Republic of Poland and to other countries worldwide to which the Store carries out shipping in accordance with the Sales Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is effective from June 17, 2026 until canceled by the Organizer.

§ 2. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

Every Customer becomes a participant in the Promotion who, during the term of the Promotion, places an Order in the Store, the total value of the purchased Goods of which is at least 449.00 PLN gross (or the equivalent of this amount in EUR currency, converted according to the Store's exchange rate at the time of placing the Order).

The value of the purchased Goods referred to in section 1 means the final price of the products after taking into account any other discounts or discount codes, excluding standard shipping costs.

In the event of meeting the condition specified in section 1, the costs of the selected delivery method (both within Poland: InPost, DPD, and international delivery: DPD, Poczta Polska Global Express) are reduced to 0.00 PLN (a 100% discount). The granting of free delivery occurs automatically in the shopping cart.

§ 3. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND DELIVERY COSTS

In the case of delivery to European Union member countries, the granting of free delivery under the Promotion is an unconditional discount.

In the case of delivery outside the member countries of the European Union, the granting of free delivery under the Promotion is a conditional discount and is strictly dependent on the Customer maintaining the sales contract for Goods with a total value of minimum 499.00 PLN.

In the case of delivery outside the member countries of the European Union, when the Customer uses the statutory right to withdraw from the contract (return of Goods) in relation to a part or all of the purchases, and as a result of this return, the final value of the Goods that the Customer kept (did not return) falls below the threshold of 449.00 PLN, the condition for granting free delivery ceases to be met.

In the situation described in section 3, the previously granted delivery discount expires, and the Customer becomes obliged to cover the standard delivery costs of this order, which were in force in the Store at the time of placing the Order for a given destination country (in accordance with the delivery price list for a given country abroad).

The settlement of delivery costs referred to in section 4 takes place by deducting the standard amount for foreign delivery due to the Store from the amount subject to refund to the Customer for the returned Item. The Seller will refund the price of the returned Item to the Customer reduced by the standard shipping cost of the original order to the Customer's country.

§ 4. FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the main Terms and Conditions of the AS VINTAGE Online Store and generally applicable provisions of Polish and EU law shall apply.

The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or end the Promotion at any time without giving any reason, provided that for Orders placed before the moment of change or termination of the Promotion, the previous conditions shall apply.
