Returns
A Customer who is a Consumer and has entered into a distance Sales Agreement has the right to withdraw from that Agreement without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the Product. This right applies to both individual products and Blind Boxes, with the exception that in the case of Blind Boxes, withdrawal from the agreement is only possible upon return of the entire set, including all Products that were delivered within it. Withdrawal from the agreement in relation to only some of the items included in the Blind Box is not permitted.
The withdrawal statement must be submitted before the 14-day deadline, either through the Contact Form in the INFO section or by sending an email to: asvnthelp@gmail.com. The withdrawal statement must include:
- Full name of the Customer
- Email address used to place the Order
- Order number
- Order date
The Customer returns the Product at their own cost to the Seller's address provided by AS Vintage, no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal statement. The Seller shall refund all payments made by the Consumer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund is processed within 14 days of the claim being approved, using the same payment method that was used by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from handling it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Complaints
Complaints are handled by AS Vintage.
A Customer may file a complaint regarding a Product that does not match the description or photos published on the AS Vintage website. If a Product is found to be inconsistent with the Agreement, the Customer should notify the Seller without delay through the Contact Form in the INFO section or by sending an email to: asvnthelp@gmail.com. The complaint must include:
- Full name of the Customer
- Email address used to place the Order
- Order date and number
- Description of the inconsistency and the date it was identified
- Photographic documentation of the inconsistency
- Customer's request (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the agreement)
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will carry out the repair or replacement of the Product at their own cost. If repair or replacement is not possible or would require excessive costs, the Seller will reduce the price accordingly or refund the Customer the full price of the Product.
In the case of a full refund, the Customer returns the Product at their own cost to the Seller's address provided by AS Vintage, no later than 14 days from the agreed withdrawal from the agreement. The refund is processed within 14 days of the complaint being approved, using the same payment method that was used by the Customer.
