Delivery times, shipping methods and secure packaging — everything you need to know before placing your order.
Order processing
We typically prepare orders within 1–3 business days from the moment your order is placed. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number - so you can follow its journey to you every step of the way. We process orders on standard business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery time depends on your location and the speed of your chosen courier — we do our part as quickly as possible, the rest is in their hands.
Shipping options
For customers in Poland we offer three delivery options: InPost to a parcel locker or other pick-up point, InPost Courier and DPD Courier. Pick whatever suits you best - we're flexible.
For customers outside Poland the default delivery option is Global Express Courier. In exceptional cases where shipping to a specific country via Global Express is not available, we'll use the best available alternative - to make sure your package reaches you no matter what.
The exact cost and estimated delivery time are displayed in your cart before checkout. For higher order values, free delivery thresholds may apply depending on active promotions.
Secure packaging
Before any item goes into the box, it goes through one final inspection. We make sure everything is exactly as it should be - because we want you to open every package with a smile on your face.
Every order is packed in safe, durable cardboard packaging that protects your clothing throughout the entire journey to you.
Once ready, the parcel is handed over to a trusted courier - and from that moment, we're counting the days right alongside you.
